6. Communications Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us and Legal Needs. This includes:

• Emails with information about your case and our services

TCPA Compliance: By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive calls and text messages from CasesDaily and Legal Needs, including calls made using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. This consent is not a condition of receiving services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASESDAILY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
